Hendrik Bode

Hendrik Bode is in his eleventh season as the head men’s tennis coach at his alma mater.

He’s led the Sharks to HPU’s first ever men’s tennis national championship in 2016, along with two runner-up finishes in 2014 and 2015.  A five-time PacWest Conference Coach of the Year (2013-17), Bode was honored as the 2015 ITA Division II Coach of the Year. He’s been named the ITA’s Division II West Region Coach of the Year four times (2012, 2013, 2015, 2016). Bode currently serves as the Co-Chair for the ITA DII Operating Committee.
