Exhibitor’s Information
The 2019 ITA Coaches Convention is one of the best yearly opportunities for organizations in the tennis industry to make face-to-face contact with college coaches around the country. This year’s convention is scheduled for December 6-9th at the Naples Grande Beach Resort in Naples, Fla.
Companies/organizations will have the opportunity to exhibit in the Royal Palm Foyer on Friday evening, December 6th prior to and during the Coaches Welcome Party and on Saturday, December 7th from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
All exhibitors receive:
6 x 3’ table
Tablecloth and skirt (if needed)
Two chairs
Any electrical/internet needs
Option of including product/marketing material in the ITA Coach Gift Bags (minimum of 250 pieces)
Access to all Convention general sessions
Listing in the Exhibitor Directory sent to all ITA coaches
Two (2) complimentary drink tickets
Exhibitors will receive additional information, including hotel information and setup instructions, after registering. Exhibitor Rate: $700
*For cancellations received on or before November 22nd, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. After November 22nd, no refunds will be issued.
