2021 ITA Coaches Convention Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration for the 2019 ITA Coaches Convention, please submit your request in writing to Rachel Dagen, rdagen@itatennis.com

  • For cancellations received on or before Friday, November 26th, a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply. (Note: this includes a $25.00 administrative fee).
  • After Friday, November 26th, NO refund will be issued.

Upon registering for the 2021 ITA Coaches Convention, you are agreeing to either show proof of your vaccination card or a negative COVID test (taken within 72 hours of Friday, December 3rd) upon checking into the JW Marriott to attend this year’s Convention.
